Job title: Project Manager

Job Location: Paterson, NJ

Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.

Number of positions: 1 opening.

Wage + Benefits: $130,000.00 per year + 2 weeks PTO and 2 weeks paid vacation

Job description: Manage renovation projects from permitting through closeout, coordinating regulatory submissions & working with city agencies to secure approvals & keep schedules on track. Perform digital quantity takeoffs to support estimating & material planning. Review change orders, update cost & effort estimates, produce breakeven analyses. Develop project initiation documents defining scope, goals, schedules, execution plans using Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD. Support procurement of suppliers & subcontractors, track progress, proactively resolve field conflicts to maintain efficient workflow.

Education and experience required:

Bachelor’s or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering plus 1 year experience in job offered or as an Engineer or Construction Management or Cost Estimator.

Prior work experience must include 1 year experience to develop project initiation documents defining scope, goals, schedules, execution plans using Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.
